The original vision was a stem cell clinic. Regulation in Dubai required a different first step, so Hortman launched in aesthetics while keeping the stem cell opportunity alive. Dr. Fatma Al Hashimi carried that torch, and today the stem cell program is open and running under the same umbrella.
